Brandon grew up in Santa Fe, New Mexico and Marietta, Ohio. Brandon currently lives in Columbus, Ohio.
Brandon graduated from The Ohio State University in 2001 with a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business and Applied Economics. In 2006, he graduated from Capital University Law School with a juris doctor degree. While in law school, he was an extern for Judge John Bessey in the Franklin County Common Pleas Court and took part in the school's Litigation Clinic.
He is active in the Ohio State Bar Association as a member of the Young Lawyers Section Council and the Agricultural Law Committee. He is also a member of the Champaign County Bar Association and the Columbus Bar Association.
In his spare time, Brandon volunteers for the Special Olympics organization.
Brandon is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
